The PALM coordinator, Philippe Mendels and Deputy Coordinator, Martine Soyer, both approved by the 12 institutions board, lead the Executive Committee (CODIR: comité de direction) assisted for all the operational parts by a project manager, Sarah Garçon. The coordinator convenes the executive committee meetings before each steering committee and whenever necessary.
Philippe Mendels took over the coordination from P. Pillet in 2015 whose work led to a very positive and laudatory evaluation of the LabEx, both from the international scientific committee and from the international jury in 2015.
