- ils évaluent les projets soumis aux appels d’offre annuels, fil de l’eau et demandes exceptionnelles ;
- ils proposent un montant de financement au COPIL en gérant leur budget annuel ;
- ils évaluent les demandes de prolongation et de modification de projet.
